  1. Tap the “Resell” button on our partner brands' website
  2. Login in to the resale platform
  3. Click "Add product" to upload the details of the item you want to resell from the brand
  4. Use Muna's suggested pricing tool to set your own resale price
  5. Click the green "List" to list your item/send it to the Muna team
  6. Muna will collect and review your item
  7. Once Muna has accepted your resale price and item, you will get your store voucher with your voucher code on Muna. Click "Reveal" to show the voucher code.
  8. You can use your store voucher to shop for new items from the brand whose item you resold

We only accept items that are:
- New with tags;
- New without tags;
- In excellent used condition (i.e. no defects, no pilling, fading, loose threads, or stretched fabric);
- In good used condition (i.e. no major damage, but there may be small signs of use like very slight pilling, faint fading, or minimal creasing/stretching in areas that naturally crease (elbows, knees);
- And fair used condition (visible signs of wear like pilling, fading, stretched fabric, small pulls, or tiny stains — but nothing that makes it unwearable).
Please check that they are:
- Clean, freshly washed & ironed
- Zips, buttons & fastenings all work
- Labels/branding still intact
- No strong smells (e.g. smoke or perfume)
We don’t accept damaged, fake, or heavily worn items.

Yes — there are a few items we don’t accept to keep things safe, stylish & high quality:
  • Damaged, stained, or heavily worn items
  • Underwear, swimwear, or socks (hygiene reasons)
  • Fakes or unverified designer pieces
  • Items without labels or clear branding
  • Altered/customised clothes that change the original fit/design
  • Free promo items or samples

Keep it fresh – Clean, ironed & ready-to-wear items always do better

You’ll get your store voucher after your item passes Muna's quality check and they have collected it from you.
Here’s how it works:
- Muna reviews your listing and approves it
- Your item is listed on our network of clothing resale platforms
- Muna arranges to collect your item via Pargo
- Muna does a finally quality check of your item and approves it
- Your store voucher and voucher code is sent to you on Muna
This process takes anywhere between 5 - 14 working days

  • After Muna has reviewed your listing and resell price, Muna whill reach out to you via Whatsapp where they will ask you to select your nearest Pargo drop-off point.
  • Muna will then send you a waybill and instructions for the drop-off.
  • You simply take your item to the chosen Pargo point, and it will be sent to Muna for final inspection.
  • The small collection fee is automatically deducted from your final store voucher payout.
